OpenScreen Project Manager released
OpenScreen Project Manager offer tools to allow fast development of OpenScreen projects using FDT 4.1
OSP Manager offer a FDT Project Template and Ant build files system to :
- Test application in real size using new ADL features
- Debugging and profiling features
- Package (signed or not) application
- Internal versioning system
- and other useful tasks
Android, iOS, BlackBerry (PlayBook), TV and desktop devices are supported.

The FDT Project Template comes with default resources for your project like (icons, splash screens and more).

OSP Manager allow you to configure many things about your application

and quickly add or remove target devices for your project

get started now…
1. Install
Downloads the OSPManager.air file from
http://osp.customactions.net/OSPManager.air
and install application on your computer (Windows, Mac OS and Linux are supported).
Launch application and install FDT Project Template.
2. Create a new Flash Project in FDT 4.1 and select the new available template named OpenScreen project
Double click on the build/project.osp and discover project configuration.
3. When all your properties are saved, drag’n drop the build file to the Eclipse Ant view.
Don’t forget : configure the External Tools to run in the same JRE.
4. Happy coding

Mac user can use swipe gesture to navigate between differents section.
Swipe left or right to change section and swipe down to save modification

This video is an old teaser… I will try to do new videos as soon as possible.
But I think application is not really complicated to understand

Using FDT 4.1.1, I keep getting tasks failing due to core-build.xml:42 – failing with a cause of ‘The name is undefined’. This is trying to build a project for the Playbook. Any ideas. Thanks Greg

Hi Greg,
In first release I don’t check required parameters… you have to fill, in « project tab », the Name and the Identifier for distribution, File name and SWF Content name
I will release an update to check required properties when saving modification.
